Returning Authorized Users

• Open the entry page and select Returning Authorized User.
• Enter your email address and password.
• If this is your first sign-in after approval, you may be guided to complete one verification method before continuing.
• Text message is the default method.
• You may optionally use an authenticator app instead.
• Only one method is required.
• After login, select LAS Publications to open the viewer.

New User Registration

• Select Request Authorization — New User.
• Complete the registration form with your name, contact information, and LAS details.
• Read and accept the Archive Use Policy.
• Submit the request and wait for approval.
• Verify your email when prompted.

Verification Methods

• Text Message Verification: default method and simplest for most users.
• Authenticator App: optional alternative that can be helpful for travel or limited cellular service.

Using the Publications Viewer

• Use the left-side thumbnails to jump to a page.
• Use Jump To Page for quick navigation.
• Allow pages to finish loading before moving to another page or publication.
