This page provides transparency about archive restoration work, known collection issues, and current limitations in the LAS Boomers Digital Archive.
Archive Restoration Disclosure
Some archive images may have been lightly restored or edited to remove handwriting, dust, scratches, scanning artifacts, or other marks that interfere with readability.
These edits are intended to improve legibility and presentation while preserving the historical character of the materials. No intentional changes have been made to alter the identity of individuals, the meaning of printed content, or the historical substance of the archive.
Known Issues
- 1966 Yaden yearbook: There is no 1966 yearbook in the archive because of the evacuation to Tehran following the India-Pakistan 1965 war.
- Handwriting on some photos: Some yearbook photos still contain handwriting. I am continuing to edit affected photos to remove handwriting where practical while preserving the original image content.
- 1967 Yaden duplicated pages: There are at least two duplicated pages near the beginning of the 1967 yearbook.
